PREAMBLE
These general conditions govern the purchase of products made remotely via the website www.aziendaperconti.it, managed by the company:

Hereinafter referred to as “the seller.”
Purchases are governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22.5.1999, while privacy protection is subject to Legislative Decree No. 196/03.
Article 1: ACCEPTANCE OF SALES CONDITIONS
1.1 The conditions outlined in the preamble are an integral and essential part of this contract.
1.2 All contracts will be concluded directly by the customer through access to the website www.aziendaperconti.it. The customer can complete the contract for purchasing the desired product by carefully following the instructions and procedures provided.
1.3 These general sales conditions must be reviewed online by the customer before completing the purchase procedure. The confirmation of the order implies full knowledge and complete acceptance of these conditions.
Article 2: SALES PRICES
2.1 All product prices displayed on the website include VAT and any other applicable taxes.
2.2 The total shipping cost to the customer’s address is at the customer’s expense. This cost will be disclosed to the customer before confirming the purchase, as specified in Article 10.
2.3 The customer can pay for the ordered goods using the payment methods available “online” at the time of purchase, as stated in Article 8.
Article 3: LIABILITY
3.1 The seller is not responsible for service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods, or other similar events that prevent the contract from being fulfilled on time.
3.2 The seller is not responsible for any fraudulent or unlawful use of credit cards, checks, or other payment methods by third parties when paying for purchased products. The seller does not have access to the buyer’s credit card information, as transactions are conducted through a secure connection and handled directly by the banking service provider.
Article 4: WARRANTY
4.1 The seller guarantees high-quality products. The warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase.
Article 5: BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS
5.1 The buyer is strictly prohibited from providing false, invented, or fictitious data during the registration process necessary to activate the execution of this contract and its related communications.
5.2 The customer releases the seller from any liability for the issuance of incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data provided by the customer, who remains solely responsible for their accurate input.
Article 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1 According to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 185/1999, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, return the received goods, and obtain a refund of the purchase price.
6.2 The customer, for any reason unsatisfied with their purchase, may withdraw from the contract without penalties and without specifying the reason within 10 working days from the receipt of the purchased goods.
6.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a written notice within the specified period, via:

6.4 The customer bears all return shipping costs and must return the products in their original condition, packaging, and documentation. Returns via alternative shipping methods will not be accepted.
6.5 The seller will accept returned goods upon verifying that the products are in their original state with unopened packaging. If these conditions are met, the seller will refund the customer for the purchased products, excluding any cash-on-delivery fees, which remain the customer’s responsibility.
6.6 The transportation costs incurred for returning products to the seller are non-refundable.
Article 7: PURCHASE PROCEDURE
7.1 Customers can browse the website www.aziendaperconti.it, add available products to their shopping cart, and review the order summary before confirming their purchase.
7.2 Before final confirmation, the customer will be able to verify product quantities, unit prices, total costs, shipping charges, and the final order total.
7.3 Upon confirming the order, the customer will receive an email containing a summary of the completed order.
Article 8: PAYMENT METHODS
8.1 Payments can be made via PayPal (credit card) or bank transfer in advance.
8.2 For credit card payments, the seller uses PayPal’s secure transaction system. During payment confirmation, the customer is redirected to PayPal’s site to enter their card details. The seller only receives confirmation of the transaction and does not access credit card details.
8.3 In the case of bank transfer payments, bank details will be sent via email. The customer is encouraged to send a copy of the transfer receipt to info@aziendaperconti.it to expedite shipping. Orders will only be shipped after the payment is credited to the seller’s account.
Article 9: DELIVERY
9.1 Deliveries within Italy are handled by leading national and international couriers chosen for their professionalism and cost-effectiveness.
9.2 Orders are processed within five working days after receiving payment.
9.3 The seller will promptly inform the customer of any shipping delays. However, no liability can be attributed to the seller for order processing or delivery delays.
9.4 The customer will receive an email notification when the order is shipped.
9.5 Estimated delivery time is 4-5 working days, but these are approximate and not guaranteed.
9.6 Upon receiving the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the package and the correspondence between the order and the accompanying shipping document. Any discrepancies must be immediately reported to the courier and confirmed in writing within seven days.
Article 10: SHIPPING COSTS
10.1 For deliveries within Italy, the shipping cost is a fixed fee of €10, including VAT and any additional costs.
Article 11: PRIVACY
11.1 The seller respects customer privacy and processes personal data in compliance with Legislative Decree No. 196/2003.
11.2 The seller ensures that customer data will not be disclosed to third parties except for order processing purposes.
